Kia ora everyone. My name is Karen Callaghan and am the Assistant Principal School Services at BLENNZ. I lead a passionate team of Resource Teachers vision and Learning Assistants at BLENNZ Homai Campus and across our satellite units.

As the Assistant Principal for School Services, I provide support to the Principal in managing school operations, to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. This involves fostering a collaborative approach to ensure an optimal learning environment.

I support our Resource Teachers Vision in curriculum planning and provide opportunities for professional growth to enhance learning outcomes and prepare ākonga for life after school. I actively engage with parents and the community to foster positive relationships, promote student achievement, and creating a supportive culture for both staff and students.
