Kia ora everyone. My name is Elaine Gilmour and I am the Deputy Principal of BLENNZ. My role, in partnership with the principal, involves the professional leadership of BLENNZ. This includes leadership in implementing the Strategic and Annual Plans.

I also have responsibility for a number of national initiatives and lead key projects identified by the BLENNZ Board. The role requires contribution to effective management of the school and network while modelling the BLENNZ values.
